It’s official!

Jessica Simpson tied the knot with former NFL player Eric Johnson at the San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, California.

“We are overwhelmed with complete happiness and love having made our eternal commitment,” the newlyweds told PEOPLE in an exclusive statement on Saturday.

“To say ‘I do’ in front of family, friends and, most importantly, our children has been the happiest moment of our lives.”

Simpson, 33, wore a custom Carolina Herrera gown to exchange vows with Johnson, 34, in front of more than 250 guests, including Ashlee Simpson and her fiancé Evan Ross, Jessica Alba, Cash Warren, CaCee Cobb and Donald Faison.

The couple’s son, Ace, who just turned 1, served as a ring bearer and their daughter, Maxwell, 2, walked down the aisle as a flower girl accompanied by Ashlee’s 5-year-old son, Bronx.

Simpson started dating Johnson four years ago, when they were introduced by mutual friends, and the pair instantly fell for one another.

“I couldn’t ask for a better man in my life right now,” Simpson told PEOPLE in 2010. “I’m in a great place and if right now could last forever, I’d take it.”

Johnson took her up on that offer and proposed in November 2010 with a stunning ruby engagement ring by Neil Lane.

But wedding plans were put on hold – twice.

First Simpson gave birth to their daughter Maxwell, and then she welcomed their son Ace Knute last June.

“I definitely look forward to the day that I can look into his eyes and make that commitment that we both really long for,” Simpson told PEOPLE last year. “He’s just got to stop knocking me up!”

After getting her post-baby body back thanks to Weight Watchers and diligent workout sessions with trainer Harley Pasternak, Simpson is ready to start this new chapter in her life with Johnson.

In May, she posted a photo of the two of them on Instagram with the caption: “I can’t wait to marry you!!!”

Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas are going their separate ways after 18 years of marriage. According to TMZ, the actress filed for divorce from Banderas, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split.

In documents obtained by TMZ, Griffith, 56, asks for child support and sole physical and joint legal custody of the couple’s daughter, Stella, 17. She also asks for spousal support in the documents, which were filed by attorney to the stars Laura Wasser.

Married since 1996, the Working Girl star and Banderas, 53, have battled breakup rumors for years. And they’ve certainly had their share of ups and downs — most notably when Griffith went to rehab to be treated for an addiction to painkillers.

“We have had as many problems as anybody. We’ve never hidden it,” Banderas told AARP magazine in 2011. “We’ve been open about addictions, in the case of Melanie. She has overcome her problems beautifully. I didn’t know she was so strong. It makes me love her even more, because she has been an unbelievable lion fighting, and she got it. The last [relapse] was three years ago, and it just welded us.”

As part of the actress’ recovery, the couple and their kids went to family therapy. (Griffith also has two children from previous relationships.) “It was a very unique experience,” Banderas said. “It was very rewarding at the end.”

This will be Griffith’s fourth divorce. She was married twice before to Don Johnson, and also to Steve Bauer. Banderas was previously married, too, to Ana Leza.

Jennifer Lopez is single again.

The pop star, actress and American Idol judge, 44, has split from her boyfriend of 2½ years, choreographer and dancer Casper Smart, a source confirms to PEOPLE.

“They initially split about six weeks ago, but that can take a little time to extricate. But they’ve definitely broken up,” says the source, adding, “The relationship had just run its course.”

The source also says, “Jennifer is actually doing really well and working hard.”

There had been hints in recent weeks that the relationship was on the rocks, with a source telling PEOPLE that the couple had “hit a rough patch” a couple of months ago.

More recently there had been reports claiming that Smart, 27, a former backup dancer for Lopez, had sent Instagram photos and steamy messages to somebody else.

Lopez and Smart first got together in late 2011. At the time, a source told PEOPLE it was “a fun fling” and “not meant to turn into anything more,” but the couple stayed together.

Lopez was always noncommittal, however, when asked if she would get married for a fourth time.

“I don’t know. We’ll see. I don’t know,” she said in January. “You know, I’ve always believed in that institution. I believe in it, but it is difficult. I’ve had my challenges, but at the same time I believe in love, and I think that is the main thing.”

The actress, 34, is expecting her first child with husband James Heerdegen, her rep confirms to PEOPLE.

The mom-to-be’s pregnancy was revealed as she made her way through Los Angeles International Airport in a belted black dress with Heerdegen on Saturday.

After meeting on the set of her former show Pan Am, Ricci and Heerdegen, a camera technician, went public with their relationship in February 2012, and announced their engagement one year later.

In October, the couple wed in an intimate ceremony at Manhattan’s Harold Pratt House & Peterson Hall.

“I can’t wait [to call him], ‘Husband,’ because then I can really throw my weight around,” Ricci joked to PEOPLE before the nuptials.

And soon it will be, ‘Dad!’

After a nearly weeklong Parisian celebration, the reality maven and rapper not so quietly tied the knot on Saturday at Fort di Belvedere in Florence, Italy.

Rich Wilkerson Jr., a pastor from North Miami, performed the ceremony, while longtime Kardashian family friend and celebrity event planner Sharon Sacks planned the couple’s nuptials. Sacks also created Kim’s baby shower and wedding to Kris Humphries.

Before the ceremony, Kanye was the typical nervous groom, swigging obsessively from a bottle of water and shifting his weight from one foot to the other.

“It was funny how nervous he was,” an onlooker tells PEOPLE. “He clearly knew the gravity of what he was about to do. This morning he was all smiles, but as it got closer, you could see that the nerves were kicking in. It’s common for most grooms. I’ve seen it all before.”

West, 36, and Kardashian, 33, first sparked rumors that they hoped to marry in Versailles with their frequent trips to the City of Light. But the fashionable newlyweds instead chose to fête their impending nuptials with a rehearsal dinner at the famed château Friday with their famous friends and family, and then flew their nearly 200 guests privately to Florence Saturday morning for the wedding celebration.

The couple and their wedding party were spotted arriving in Florence before heading to their respective hotels, with Kardashian and her close family staying at Villa San Michele and other guests checking in at the Westin Excelsior.

The couple chose the Italian city for a very personal reason – they conceived baby North there!

The Fort di Belvedere is an imposing fortress dating back to the 16th century that originally protected the Italian city and its Renaissance palace from attackers.

The fort, which reopened to the public in 2013 after five years of renovations, is known for its sweeping panoramas and the fabulous contemporary art exhibitions it hosts.

West and Kardashian began dating in 2012 and got engaged in October 2013 after an elaborate proposal at San Francisco’s AT&T Park.

This is West’s first marriage and Kardashian’s third.

Bilson’s had babies on the brain for quite some time now. In an interview with Cosmopolitan back in May 2013, the OC alum gushed: “I definitely have family on the brain. Having kids is something I want to see in my future—I hope.”

The actress is also bound to be an amazing mom given what a good girlfriend she is: “I’m a really good girlfriend—I always put all that first in my life. I’m definitely the person who would make him his favorite dinner to come home to,” she told the mag. And friends agree: “They will make wonderful, hands-on parents,” a pal tells Us.

Welcome to the present, baby boy! Ciara and fiance Future have welcomed their first child together on Monday, May 19, a source confirms to Us Weekly.

Page Six reported that the singer gave birth very early on Monday morning, in Los Angeles. The baby’s name has not yet been announced.

Ciara, 28, announced her happy news during an appearance on The View back in January, when she first debuted her sizable baby bump. The “I’m Out” singer’s big reveal came just three months after she and the rapper-producer (nee Nayvadius D. Wilburn) announced they were engaged.

“I feel great,” Ciara told Us of her beautiful pregnancy in early April. “I didn’t even know what to expect, but it’s been a very easy process—and it’s been so much fun,” she gushed. “Honestly, it’s been the coolest experience in my life! Besides getting engaged which happened last year, this has been pretty awesome.”

The proud new parents had already chosen a (top-secret!) name for their little one long before he was born. “It was kind of easy,” she shared. “But the middle name was a little hard for me… I went with what felt right in my soul and my gut. I didn’t second guess it.”

This is the first child for Ciara and the second for Future, who is already dad to a son from a previous relationship.

“It’s so cool when you’re blessed to give the gift of life,” Ciara told Us. “I love kids so much, I’m literally obsessed with kids. So I’m excited about being able to have my own to obsess over.”

Throughout her pregnancy, the singer has been receiving tips on motherhood from close pals including Kim Kardashian. “We’ve had great conversations,” Ciara told Us of North West‘s mommy. “It’s been really cool.”

Ciara and Future first started dating in early 2013 and got engaged last October. “We love being around each other and that’s just what it is,” Future told Vibe in February. “The chemistry is there.
