Paris Hilton is back on the singles market! Paris and her boyfriend Doug Reindhardt have reportedly called it quits…once again.
Paris reportedly pulled the plug on their 14-month romance and was seen partying it up in Las Vegas sans Doug. He was supposed to fly out to see her on his way back from a family vacation in Aspen, but decided not to at the last minute.
A source tells E! Online: “He was in Aspen with his dad this weekend and was considering stopping by Vegas on the drive back, but changed his mind. I’m pretty sure that’s why he went to Aspen… to hide out and try to get over her.”
While Doug was hiding out in Aspen, Paris was spending some QT with her parents Kathy and Richard, even partying with them in sin city.
She tweeted: “Just packing my bags, going on a trip with my parents for a few days. I love spending time with my family, we have the best time… After dinner with the family, we all stopped by Tao. Had a great time dancing to DJ Reach. My parents are so much fun to hang out with.â€
Last week Paris’ rep denied that they’re on the rocks insisting everything is just “fine” between the couple. But Paris’ tweets usually speak for themselves. She usually mentions Doug half a dozen times a day but there’s been no mention of him for days.
Last Thursday Paris was spotted “flirting up a storm” with Glee star Mark Salling at the Nylon Magazine 11th Anniversary Celebration at Trousdale.
The news of the split will be really disappointing to Doug’s family. Apparently they love Paris so much they usually refer to her as their “daughter-in-law.”
Paris’ family on the other hand thinks she can do much better. Her parents usually speak fondly of him–as they’ve done with all her boyfriends, but we hear her sister Nicky can’t stand him.
