Best Actress Anne Hathaway by the National Board of Review

Anne Hathaway looks like she’s a shoe-in for Oscar contention after today’s news. Her latest film Rachel Getting Married is already get a lot of attention after leading the upcoming Spirit Awards with six nominations, including one for best picture.

And today Anne has officially been named Best Actress by the National Board of Review for her role in the film. For those of you unfamiliar, the National Board of Review is is comprised of film historians, film pros and others, and is best known for presenting the first nationally recognized awards of Oscar season.

Here’s the full list of today’s winners from the NBR. Look out Keira Knightley and Kate WInslet, our own girl next door may be some tough competition in this year’s Oscar race.
