Kim Kardashian is pregnant again! The reality star is expecting baby no. 2 with husband Kanye West, she announced in the May 31 midseason finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
In the scenes teasing the second half of KUWTK‘s season, an excited Kim spilled the news to her family, saying, “I just got the blood test back and I am pregnant!”
Before the episode aired, Kardashian teased some “exciting news” coming.
BFF Jonathan Cheban sent well wishes to his longtime pal on Twitter after the footage aired.
The mom of North West, 23 months, has been vocal about her struggle to conceive a second child. She even allowed KUWTK cameras to document her visits with a fertility doctor throughout season 10 of the E! reality hit.
After revealing in the premiere that she and hubby West, 37, have sex “500 times a day” in the hopes of giving Nori a younger brother or sister, Kardashian, 34, ended the season at yet another doctor’s appointment.
“I’m, like, so over it,” she told her doc. “Like, I’m exhausted, so I’m sure everyone gets to that point. I’m like, ‘Okay, I’m done.'”
As Us Weekly exclusively reported earlier this week, Kardashian has been exploring pregnancy alternatives after a year of trying to conceive another child naturally. “Kim has been undergoing IVF,” an insider told Us, and added that North’s parents would consider “surrogacy over adoption.”
Kardashian and West announced their first pregnancy after West referred to Kardashian as his “baby mama” while performing in Atlantic City, New Jersey in 2012.
